A quick response to address the shortage of N95 masks

Makers across the country are volunteering to make masks. Join the #makercause movement and help us protect our healthcare professionals fighting on the front lines.

If you have 3D printing knowledge, equipment, and capacity, then we need you NOW. Join us to help print PPE that will be donated to healthcare workers, law enforcement agencies, senior care facilities and individuals with impaired immune systems in response to critical shortages of PPE across the U.S.

MakerCause stands ready to meet your community's needs with unwavering determination

As the world responds to the outbreak of COVID-19, our thoughts are with the people affected and the medical professionals working around the clock to help those most in need. At Unique Software Development, we are working to do our part by ensuring the safety of our employees and directing our efforts to help protect the health and well-being of our community. This mindset was the inspiration to launch a coalition of like-minded individuals and companies to make and donate 3D printed respirator masks to front line healthcare workers, law enforcement professionals and at-risk individuals.

#makercause was created in conjunction with the inventors of the Montana Mask and in collaboration with Make the Masks. Our initiative has enjoyed the support of many generous sponsors who have helped us with both financial and in-kind donations. Our organized efforts have allowed us to increase our production to over 1,000 masks per day.

As we move forward with our efforts during these unprecedented times, we will continue to work diligently to provide for our communities and help those affected by the coronavirus pandemic nationwide.

Even though face mask stocks are running low, medical professionals are heroically serving the public without any protection. This is where we as a community must step in and work with cohesion and unity to support the vulnerable throughout the crisis.

With the assistance of Make The Mask and Prusa 3D Printers, Maker Cause is working hard to make fresh supplies with the aim to slow down the spread of COVID-19 and support our healthcare professionals. Our team is effectively utilizing our company’s 3D printers to produce highly effective respirator masks for maximum filtration. These are times of great need, and we are determined that with the right assistance, dedication, and equipment, we can successfully achieve our goals.
